Bootcamp
High-intensity strength and cardio workout designed to build muscle, improve endurance and push your limits through challenging full body training.
Morning Strength
A 30 minute full-body strength class using weights to build muscle, increase strength and get a powerful workout in a short efficient amount of time.
Step
A high-energy cardio workout using a step platform to build endurance, coordination and lower-body strength through fun, rhythmic movement.
Yoga
A dynamic vinyasa flow class that builds strength, flexibility and control through continuous movement.
Barre
A low-impact, full-body workout that blends elements of Pilates, strength training and ballet inspired movement. It focuses on small, controlled movements.
Movement to Music
A fun, supportive movement class set to music for teens and adults with special needs. This class is Co-Ed. This class focuses on rhythm, expression and enjoying movement in a welcoming inclusive environment.
Heels
Heels is a speciality class offered 1-2 times per month. In this class, you'll learn a full choreographed routine in heels. Heels is not included in any bundles or unlimited option.
