Challenge your group with a full-body strength workout designed for all fitness levels. Using light weights & bodyweight exercises, this class focuses on building strength, improving endurance all while moving to the beat of the music.

Experience a full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, strength training and pilates. Led by our barre instructor Romnee, this low impact class focuses on improving strength, balance, posture and endurance through controlled movement & high-repetition exercises.

Looking for something unforgettable? Gather your friends and learn a full choreographed dance routine together! Our dance instructor Tricia will offer different styles of dance and music and you choose what best fits your group! You will learn step-by-step in a fun supportive environment and by the end you'll have a complete routine you can perform together!
