To celebrate Walk Fusion’s grand opening, I’m SO excited to treat you all to something special! For the whole week, ALL my classes will get to enjoy a delicious treat from Paradise Nutrition, a local women-owned business here in Milford!

Michelle, the owner, creates amazing, fresh treats packed with benefits like collagen, electrolytes, and protein to fuel your body after our workouts.  Some of you may even get to try her drinks right here at Walk Fusion!
